Established in 1978, Hope Automation and its 100+ employees strive for business continuality through improvement and innovation in alignment with clients’ requirements.
Hope specializes in R&D of automation control systems (ACS) and focuses on the design of user-oriented, intuitive operation modes as well as user specific control systems. We aim to realize the full potential of machines and enhance the competitiveness of Taiwanese machinery.

Our ACS solutions span across machines of several industries, including plastic and rubber, woodworking, metal machining, and printing.

Our core control technology competencies include electronic cams, phase synchronization, multi-axis synchronization, positioning, tension control,etc.
These technologies improve precision and production efficiency, effectively reducing unnecessary devices in mechanical structural design and lowering machinery costs.

Hope Automation maintains a strong R&D team to handle diverse and fast changing control system requirements of the industrial mechanics market.   • 1974

    Established in Kaohsiung, Yuanhong Electronics initially specialized in the production of control components such as sensors and counters.

  • 1978

    Entered the rubber/plastic sealing and cutting machine business, focusing on customized control equipment. The company was subsequently renamed as "Hope Electronics."

  • 1990

    As a result of business expansion, the factory was relocated to Yongkang, Tainan. (approx. 500 square meters)

  • 1997

    Development of its first servo motion controller. The company was renamed as "Hope Automation."

  • 2001

    Developed its first modular motion controller. Mass production began in 2002.

  • 2002

    Collaboration with Bosch Rexroth in co-development of the first label printing machine control equipment. Hope was authorized by Bosch Rexroth as the first SI in Taiwan.

  • 2003

    As a result of business expansion, the factory was relocated to Yongkang Industrial Park. (approx. 6,000 square meters)

  • 2006

    Development of the first electronic axis rotary form label printing machine control equipment. Business operations now include offering control systems for multiple industries.

  • 2017

    *Due to business expansion needs, a new green factory for integrated production was build. (approx. 3,000 square meters)

    *Development of its first high precision synchronous motion controller, with printing machines and rubber/plastic mechanics implemented in 2018.
